Pet Owner’s Consent

You consent to providing Tail Club with accurate and up-to-date information regarding your pet’s health, vaccinations, medical history, dietary needs, and behavioural traits.
Tail Club may use, store, and process your pet’s information solely to provide safe services and comply with operational requirements.
In emergencies, Tail Club may contact a veterinarian and make reasonable decisions in the pet’s best interest. All veterinary costs or related medical expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.
Aggressive dogs or female dogs in heat are not permitted in Tail Club facilities. Owners must immediately leash and separate their dog(s) at the first sign of aggressive behaviour.
Small, bite-sized training treats are permitted, but owners may only feed their own dog(s). Feeding human food from tables is strictly prohibited. If you have ordered dog food from Tail Club, please seek assistance from staff to feed your dog safely.
Owners and visitors must not force or push their dog into the pool. Visitors whose dogs are not boarding with Tail Club are not permitted in the boarding area without prior permission from staff.
Liability & Limitation of Liability
Tail Club takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment; however, owners assume responsibility for their pets.
We are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of pets or personal property unless caused by proven negligence of Tail Club staff.
Tail Club is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Tail Club are the exclusive property of Tail Club or its licensors, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Tail Club maintains staff oversight, safe play areas, and operational protocols to minimise risks, but cannot guarantee that pets will remain entirely free from minor incidents.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are responsible for disclosing any behavioural tendencies, medical conditions, or special care needs that could affect their pet’s interaction with others.
Owners remain responsible for addressing and managing any health or behavioural issues of their pets.
Non-Liability for Minor Incidents

Such incidents are considered a normal part of socialisation and interaction among pets.
Emergency Care
In the rare event that a dog experiences a serious injury or medical concern while in our care, Tail Club will make every effort to provide comfort and seek prompt veterinary attention.
We will keep owners informed as quickly as possible, and any veterinary care will be arranged with the pet’s wellbeing as the top priority.
All veterinary costs or related medical expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.

Termination of Services

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or make any binding agreements with Tail Club.
If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who meets the age requirement and assumes responsibility for your actions.
Ownership or Authorisation of Pets
By booking services for a pet, you confirm that you are the legal owner or an authorised guardian of the pet(s) in question.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet, including vaccination status, medical history, dietary needs, and behavioural traits. Pets must have up-to-date vaccination records submitted before entering Tail Club facilities, including the park, café, or boarding areas.
You agree that Tail Club may rely on this confirmation to provide care, make safety decisions, and comply with health regulations.
Legal Compliance
You must ensure that your pet’s ownership complies with all applicable local laws, including vaccinations, and breed restrictions.
Tail Club reserves the right to refuse service if you cannot demonstrate ownership or authorisation, or if your pet does not meet legal requirements.
Services Provided
Tail Club offers the following services:
Dog café services, including food and beverages for humans and pets.
Pet boarding, day-care, and grooming.
Special events.
Smoking, vaping, or bringing outside food and beverages into Tail Club premises is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or cancel any service at our discretion.
Pet Owner’s Consent
By availing our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You are the rightful owner or authorised guardian of the pet(s).
You consent to providing Tail Club with accurate and up-to-date information regarding your pet’s health, vaccinations, medical history, dietary needs, and behavioural traits.
Tail Club may use, store, and process your pet’s information solely to provide safe services and comply with operational requirements.
In emergencies, Tail Club may contact a veterinarian and make reasonable decisions in the pet’s best interest. All veterinary costs or related medical expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.
Aggressive dogs or female dogs in heat are not permitted in Tail Club facilities. Owners must immediately leash and separate their dog(s) at the first sign of aggressive behaviour.
Small, bite-sized training treats are permitted, but owners may only feed their own dog(s). Feeding human food from tables is strictly prohibited. If you have ordered dog food from Tail Club, please seek assistance from staff to feed your dog safely.
Owners and visitors must not force or push their dog into the pool. Visitors whose dogs are not boarding with Tail Club are not permitted in the boarding area without prior permission from staff.
Liability & Limitation of Liability
Tail Club takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment; however, owners assume responsibility for their pets.
We are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of pets or personal property unless caused by proven negligence of Tail Club staff.
Tail Club is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Tail Club are the exclusive property of Tail Club or its licensors, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Scope of Ownership
This includes, but is not limited to, all text, images, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, videos, illustrations, digital content, and any material available on the Tail Club website, social media pages, or other promotional platforms.
Tail Club also retains rights to proprietary systems, booking platforms, software, and operational methodologies used in providing its services.
Permitted Use
Users may access, view, and interact with content on the Tail Club website for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, display, modification, or creation of derivative works based on Tail Club content is strictly prohibited without prior express written permission from Tail Club.
Trademarks & Branding
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on Tail Club platforms are the property of Tail Club or its licensors.
Unauthorised use of these trademarks or branding in a way that may confuse, mislead, or harm the reputation of Tail Club is strictly prohibited.
Reporting Infringement

Booking Modifications
Tail Club understands that plans can change, and we provide the option to modify bookings in a structured manner to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all guests and pets.
Advance Notice Required:
Any requests to modify a booking, including changes to dates, times, services, or number of pets, must be submitted in advance. Advance notice helps Tail Club manage resources, staff, and space allocation effectively for all pets in our care.
Approval & Availability
All modifications are subject to availability of the requested service or time slot. Tail Club reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or deny modification requests based on operational capacity, staffing, and scheduling constraints.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Tail Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Photography & Media Consent
Tail Club may take photographs or videos of pets and owners within the premises for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
By using our services, you consent to Tail Club using such media. If you do not consent, please notify staff in writing.
Emergency & Unforeseen Events
Tail Club is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government-mandated restrictions.
Tail Club will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of disruptions and reschedule services where possible.
Prohibited Items & Activities
Pets or owners are prohibited from bringing hazardous materials, weapons, or illegal substances into Tail Club premises.
Activities that could harm other pets, staff, or property are strictly forbidden.
Limitation of Pet Liability
Tail Club strives to provide a safe, clean, and well-supervised environment for all pets. However, due to the unpredictable nature of animal behaviour, owners acknowledge and accept the following:
Supervision of Pets
While pets are under the supervision of Tail Club staff, occasional minor injuries, scratches, or altercations may occur during play, socialisation, or interaction with other pets.
Tail Club maintains staff oversight, safe play areas, and operational protocols to minimise risks, but cannot guarantee that pets will remain entirely free from minor incidents.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are responsible for disclosing any behavioural tendencies, medical conditions, or special care needs that could affect their pet’s interaction with others.
Owners remain responsible for addressing and managing any health or behavioural issues of their pets.
Non-Liability for Minor Incidents
Tail Club shall not be held liable for minor injuries, scratches, bites, or temporary distress that occur during supervised play, grooming, or other activities.
Such incidents are considered a normal part of socialisation and interaction among pets.
Emergency Care
In the rare event that a dog experiences a serious injury or medical concern while in our care, Tail Club will make every effort to provide comfort and seek prompt veterinary attention.
We will keep owners informed as quickly as possible, and any veterinary care will be arranged with the pet’s wellbeing as the top priority.
All veterinary costs or related medical expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.
Acknowledgment
At Tail Club, we do everything possible to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort. As with any playful environment, occasional minor incidents can happen, and by using our services, owners acknowledge and accept this as a natural part of pet interactions.
Termination of Services
Tail Club reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion, including cases of non-payment, violation of rules, aggressive pet behaviour, or unsafe conditions.
No refunds are provided for terminated services unless stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Indemnification
Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tail Club, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the actions of their pet(s) or violation of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Health & Safety Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the complete agreement between Tail Club and its customers regarding use of services.
