    Payments may be made via the methods specified by Tail Club, including digital payments, or bank transfers, as communicated at the time of service.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Services

    Once a service has been provided, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This includes owner cancellations after the service has commenced.

    Tail Club ensures that invoices are accurate and clearly outline the services provided, duration, and applicable charges. Any discrepancies should be raised by the owner before making payment.

 

  1. Payment Responsibility

    The pet owner or authorised guardian is responsible for full payment, regardless of any disputes or disagreements regarding services provided.

 

  1. Acknowledgment of Terms

    By availing services at Tail Club, owners acknowledge and agree that payment is mandatory upon completion of services and that services already rendered are non-refundable.

  1. Future Booking Cancellations

    Owners may cancel future bookings for boarding, day-care, grooming, or other services without incurring any penalties, provided that the service has not yet been rendered.


  1. Advance Notice Requirement

    All cancellations must be communicated in advance via phone, or any communication channel designated by Tail Club. Owners are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible to allow Tail Club to manage scheduling and availability for other clients.


  1. Non-Refundable Services Already Rendered

    Any services that have already been provided, including boarding or daycare, remain fully payable. Even if the owner cancels subsequent bookings, the cost of services already rendered must be paid in full as per the issued invoice.


  1. Owner Acknowledgment

    By availing services, owners acknowledge and accept that cancellation of future bookings is allowed only before the service has commenced, and that services already rendered are non-refundable.

  • If an invoice remains unpaid, Tail Club reserves the right to refuse future services to the dog or owner until the outstanding payment is fully cleared.

  • Tail Club may also place a hold on scheduling any new bookings or reservations until payment obligations are met.


  1. Legal Enforcement


  • Tail Club may take legal action to recover unpaid invoices, including pursuing collection through courts or other legal channels if necessary.

  • Owners acknowledge that they are financially responsible for all services provided, and non-payment constitutes a breach of this policy.

  • Legal action may include recovery of the invoiced amount, interest, and any associated costs incurred in the collection process.

  1. Unsafe Behaviour:

    Dogs or owners demonstrating aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour that could endanger other dogs, staff, or visitors may be denied access to future services.


  1. Notification of Refusal:

    In cases where service is refused, Tail Club will communicate the decision to the owner via phone or in writing. The decision is final and at the discretion of Tail Club management.


  1. Legal Protection:

    Refusal of services does not relieve owners from the obligation to pay for any previously rendered services or outstanding invoices. Tail Club reserves the right to take legal action to recover unpaid amounts if necessary.

Force Majeure

Tail Club shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, inability to provide services, or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, extreme weather)

  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, or regulatory actions

  • Power outages, water shortages, or utility failures

  • Fire, accidents, or structural damage to facilities

  • Epidemics, pandemics, or other public health emergencies

  • Any other unforeseen events or circumstances outside Tail Club’s control


In the event of a Force Majeure situation, Tail Club may reschedule services, modify bookings, or temporarily suspend operations without liability for refunds or compensation.

Owners acknowledge and accept that services impacted by Force Majeure are non-refundable, and Tail Club will make reasonable efforts to communicate alternative arrangements or service rescheduling.
